Serious Employees, Comprehensive Training
Before we hire officers, we conduct a systematic background check on them, routinely checking items such as criminal history, child abuse clearance, and past employers. Every CAP officer is thoroughly trained in company policies and security subject areas, such as patrolling techniques, public relations, and proper uniform attire standards before they are assigned to your site. This training is renewed yearly. Every school-assigned officer is also trained in Crime Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, which is conducted by an in-house certified instructor.
